I am a strategy consultant and interim executive, as well as a business development partner with over 40 years of global experience in technology-driven business sectors.<\/p>

I support managing directors and leadership teams of medium-sized companies in mastering complex challenges, successfully implementing transformations, and sustainably positioning their organizations for the future. I navigate confidently the interplay of technology, business models, and leadership \u2013 from telecommunications and IT infrastructures to cloud and AI, and the further development of organizations and teams. <\/p>

What drives me is the transfer of knowledge and experience. Over many years and in different cultures, I have learned how change truly works \u2013 technologically, organizationally, and above all, humanly. I use this knowledge to enable growth and sustainable success. At the same time, I keep moving forward myself: new perspectives and experiences are essential for me. Because for me, a day without learning something new is a lost day. <\/p>

I combine strategic clarity with pragmatic implementation. I analyze quickly, recognize patterns, and translate complex situations into concrete, actionable steps. I understand change as a natural process that requires clarity, structure, and trust \u2013 and people who actively shape it. <\/p>
